Teams may begin registering for NNOC 2023.
12/1/2022Teams (eligible individuals) complete registration process to include event entry, # cadet/instructor meal selections, and additional desired meals and t-shirt orders. Select additional tabs at the bottom of the event registration page to make t-shirt and meal selections.
1/31/2023Please make all t-shirt size selections and meals choices by this date. There will be very limited extra meals and t-shirts available at the event. Selections are made via tabs at the bottom of the registration page.
2/17/2023Please remit all payments to host unit by this date. Check payments are preferred. Runner Indemnity Forms are due. All forms should be complete, alphabetized, scanned, and uploaded to each teams folder. Link to folders will be provided via email. Please do not share this link with cadets or parents.
3/1/2023All individual runner information is due. Link to provide individual runner info, including team, course, e-stick info, etc is available in LOI and via email updates. Please do not share this link with cadets and/or parents. Instructors ONLY should provide/update this info.
3/6/2023Event start times will be posted on event website.
3/13/2023Event Check-in will occur from 1000-1730 at Hard Labor Creek State Park (picnic shelter #5) and 1830-2000 (Host School Hotel - Holiday Inn Express, Covington, GA).
3/17/2023Day one of event competition.
3/18/2023Day two of event competition - Champion is crowned!
3/19/2023Makeup date for NNOC 2023 (only if needed) should day one or two be canceled. If Makeup date is canceled, results will be based on only one day of competition.
