Meal options for both Saturday and Sunday are provided. There will be no meals or drinks provided during Friday's model (practice) course.

All runners (regardless of e-stick type) MUST "punch" at each control.

A limited number of Individual runners from each NJROTC Area will now be allowed to compete at Navy Nationals.

Ensure you have all "Required" gear in order to participate in NNOC 2023.
